We're working with a client looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support both existing programmes and new business opportunities within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in shaping commercial strategy, managing contractual risk, and supporting programme performance across large-scale defence and government contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support commercial activity across programmes and new business opportunities
- Manage contractual change, commercial risk, and contract lifecycle activities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and bespoke contracts
- Support programme financial performance, reporting, and customer relationship management
- Provide commercial guidance to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large and complex commercial contracts
- Strong background within defence, aerospace, or government-related environments
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing contractual frameworks
