Bond Williams are recruiting a Project Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and compliance support to a busy project delivery team. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly, safely and in line with regulatory requirements, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. The position is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Project team, including document control, systems setup and general project coordination.
- Support project compliance by assisting with Health & Safety documentation, risk assessments, site rules and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and manage follow-up actions.
- Assist with project setup, monitoring internal processes and maintaining accurate records across project systems.
- Support procurement and purchasing activity, including supplier coordination, invoice tracking and maintaining databases.
- Assist with asset management, ordering site materials, clothing and equipment as required.
- Support project handover processes, including collation of final documentation and aftercare administration.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support delivery timelines, pricing updates and continuity of supply.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project or administrative support role.
- Awareness of Health & Safety and compliance requirements within a project-led environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable using project management systems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
