Are you experienced in financial services and ready for your next step? Our client in Wimborne is looking for a Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent customer support and essential administrative assistance within a busy and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support customers with online services and enquiries
- Handle telephone and face-to-face queries, delivering a high standard of service
- Produce reports and assist the retention team
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proven administrative and customer service experience
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of mortgage or savings products advantageous
- Previous experience within financial services
- CeMAP qualification would be desirable
