We are working with an established estates service looking to recruit a Multi-Site Facilities Technician to join a small, supportive team working across a cluster of sites. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys working across different environments and taking responsibility for ensuring buildings are safe, secure, and fully operational. You will play a key role in maintaining safe, well-presented, and functional sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites
- Support general building upkeep including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and minor repairs
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health & safety standards are maintained
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
- Work independently and as part of a small site team
- Assist with setting up rooms and supporting site events when required
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and issues reported
Requirements:
