What you\’ll be doing: As an in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet the company\’s staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while contributing to the growth and success of the organisation About the company: Our client, a reputable property management firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team. What we\’re looking for Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Sourcing Candidates: Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal applications. Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone or in-person interviews, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles. Managing the Hiring Process: Coordinating and facilitating each stage of the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to managing candidate offers. Assisting in the transition process, helping new hires integrate into the company and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
