What you\’ll be doing: As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and aligning existing HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance with current best practices and legal standards. You will play a key role in refining various HR processes, including recruitment, absence management, onboarding, training, and wellbeing initiatives. You\’ll also provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations matters, managing cases related to absences, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues. About the company: Our client, a reputable property management firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team. What we\’re looking for Prepare and issue HR documentation, including employment contracts, job descriptions, and employee communications. Provide HR advice and support on matters such as maternity/paternity leave, flexible working, absence management, and disciplinary issues. Prepare HR data and metrics with analysis and commentary for reporting purposes Assist in disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring accurate note taking and coaching managers to ensure fairness and consistency. Coordinate and organise Occupational Health referrals. Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Proven experience working within HR.
