We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Head of People Development & Reward to lead a broad and established People portfolio spanning Learning, Leadership, Talent, Succession, Organisational Development, Culture, Reward and Employee Experience.
The Role Lead established specialist People teams and bring key areas together.
Develop and deliver strategic People and workforce plans.
Drive leadership development, talent, succession, and organisational capability.
Lead the Learning, OD, Culture, Reward and Employee Experience agenda.
Provide senior-level advice, challenge, and direction to key stakeholders.
Work closely with the CPO and wider People leadership team.
Ensure People initiatives are practical, commercially focused and aligned to organisational priorities.
Bring strong leadership, structure, and momentum across a broad People portfolio.
About You Experienced senior People leader with strong strategic and operational experience.
Broad expertise across People Development, Talent, Leadership, OD, Reward, and/or Employee Experience.
Confident leading specialist teams and influencing at senior level.
Strong commercial judgement with a pragmatic, hands-on and delivery-focused approach.
Comfortable operating in a complex organisation and managing multiple priorities.
Experience within a complex or regulated environment would be advantageous.
Available to start in October and able to commit to an initial 6-month contract, with potential for longer?
