Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are exclusively recruiting a Finance Officer for our successful Poole based client. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be working within a small finance team and have a great opportunity to gain good experience in a fast moving business.

You would have responsibility for:

  • Bank reconciliations on Sage 50 accounts
  • Assisting Suppliers with queries & payment details, making supplier payments
  • Reconcile day books from internal system to Sage 50 accounts
  • Allocate payment receipts on internal system
  • Cashflow & Forecasting
  • Monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting the Head of Finance with month end processes
  • Prepayments & Accruals
  • Assisting with other accounting/admin projects
  • Assisting other departments as/when necessary
  • Resolving Pricing and Product issues
  • Undertaking training and development when necessary to update and maintain competencies.

A minimum of 2 years accounting experience is needed although there will be some element of training offered. Experience of Sage 50 is essential along with good Excel.
