We're recruiting for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving commercial performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key customer relationships
  • Lead customer meetings and account reviews
  • Deliver revenue and margin targets
  • Identify, manage, and convert commercial opportunities and tenders
  • Present commercial proposals and new product opportunities
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous Account Management or Key Account Management experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing customer accounts and delivering sales growth
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
