We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Distribution Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and internal communications within a busy distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders via EDI, email, and manual input
  • Managing orders and deliveries via customer portals
  • Coordinating with hauliers for deliveries, collections, and returns
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Handling POD requests, claims, and delivery queries
  • Raising invoices and supporting delivery confirmations
  • Producing daily warehouse documentation
  • Supporting cross-department communication

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new systems (ERP experience desirable)
  • Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or admin-based roles preferred

Hours:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Flexible working pattern (08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00)
  • Immediate start available
  • Hybrid: 1-day WFH after 6 months
