We are seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to support the development and optimisation of semiconductor manufacturing processes. This hands-on role will involve process design, characterisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a small R&D and production team working on III-V semiconductor materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and wafer cleaning.
- Analyse process data to identify trends and improve performance.
