We're working with a client looking to appoint an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support both existing programmes and new business opportunities within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role will play a key part in shaping commercial strategy, managing contractual risk, and supporting programme performance across large-scale defence and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support commercial activity across programmes and new business opportunities
  • Manage contractual change, commercial risk, and contract lifecycle activities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and bespoke contracts
  • Support programme financial performance, reporting, and customer relationship management
  • Provide commercial guidance to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large and complex commercial contracts
  • Strong background within defence, aerospace, or government-related environments
