We're working with a successful ecommerce business looking to recruit a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of its multi-brand online operation. This is a hands-on role combining commercial strategy and technical ecommerce management, with an equal focus on driving revenue, improving profitability and optimising the performance of multiple online storefronts. You'll have the opportunity to influence growth across international markets, using data and customer insight to improve the overall online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of ecommerce performance, driving revenue, conversion, average order value and profitability Develop and deliver commercial strategies to grow D2C sales across multiple brands Manage and optimise online storefronts, ensuring strong functionality and customer experience Lead CRO activity, customer journey optimisation and performance testing Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email campaigns, retention and automated flows through Klaviyo Oversee technical and on-page SEO, site performance and ongoing platform improvements Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer retention Requirements: At least 3 years' experience in an ecommerce management role Strong commercial understanding with a proven track record of driving D2C revenue growth Experience managing ecommerce platforms, with Shopify experience highly desirable Hands-on technical ecommerce experience, including CRO, SEO and website optimisation Strong CRM and Klaviyo experience, including automated flows and lifecycle marketing Data-driven, analytical and confident making commercially focused decisions Experience across Benelux, Germany and the Nordics would be highly desirable Understanding of international ecommerce, including localisation, VAT, shipping, currencies and payment methods What's on Offer: Competitive salary Performance-based bonus Great benefits package Opportunity to take ownership of a multi-brand international ecommerce operation Occasional international travel This is an excellent opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager who combines strong commercial instincts with the technical expertise to make improvements, drive performance and deliver sustainable online growth.
