What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 2nd & 3rd line support across key applications
- Troubleshooting issues and liaising with internal teams and vendors
- Leading data migration projects into SharePoint Online
- Configuring SharePoint libraries, permissions, and metadata
- Creating documentation and delivering user training
- Supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- Strong application support experience
- Hands-on SharePoint Online knowledge
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g. ShareGate, PowerShell)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of data governance and security
Desirable:
- ERP system experience
- Basic SQL knowledge
- ITIL Foundation
