We're seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to support a busy HR team in Bournemouth. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential to become permanent, requiring an immediate start.
Key Duties
- Support recruitment: advertising roles, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Administer HR processes including contracts, absence tracking, and payroll updates
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance (including DBS checks)
- Coordinate staff absences and training requirements
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Previous admin experience (HR/recruitment desirable)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines
