An Accounts Assistant is required by our Poole based client to join their busy finance team. You would report to a Management Accountant and have responsibility for:
- Purchase and sales ledger invoicing postings and reconciliations
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation and processing payments
- Credit control
- Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Cash book maintenance
Suitable Candidate: Experience of transactional accounting work, good knowledge of Excel, good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A pleasant working environment is offered together with 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, on site parking and other benefits.
