A new role for a Manufacturing Technician has been created by a rapidly expanding scientific instrumentation manufacturer in Abingdon (OX14), providing cutting edge solutions to the most high tech industries. Joining a small team, the Manufacturing Technician will work to an extremely high standard with a team of highly skilled Technicians and Engineers to build and test complex electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, working to manufacturing and engineering documents.
The ideal Manufacturing Technician will come from a precision manufacturing background and have demonstrable skills in wiring, soldering and producing cable assemblies to IPC standards. There is a good salary on offer in addition to benefits including private health cover, pension and a generous share scheme.
