Temporary Accountant required to support the finance team during a busy period. Working closely with the Financial Controller, tasks will include month-end activities, reconciliations, and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Month-end reporting activities
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation
- Provide general finance support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Accounting Technician, Management Accountant, or similar role
- Strong understanding of month-end accounting processes
- Confident with reconciliations, journals, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Xero experience would be advantageous
