We are seeking a highly organised Course Administrator to support the delivery of a portfolio of courses within a busy higher education environment. This is a temporary hybrid role based in Bournemouth, offering a mix of on-site and remote working, to start September 14th.

You will play a key role across the full student lifecycle, supporting admissions, enrolment, assessments, and student records, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
You will work closely with academic staff, support assessment processes, maintain student data, and help coordinate meetings, committees, and course-related activities.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or customer-focused role
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel essential; advanced Excel desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  • Experience within higher education or student administration (desirable)
