Relocation to Dubai. We're growing our team and looking for several exceptional people to join Bond & Vale. At Bond & Vale, we help ambitious brands earn attention, build influence, and grow their reputation through strategic PR, branding, content, and digital marketing.

We care far more about curiosity, initiative, communication skills, and work ethic than perfectly matching every line on a resume. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping people achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you. We're ready to move quickly for the right people. A sense of humour helps too.

Bond & Vale is a modern communications agency that blends public relations, branding, content, and digital marketing to help brands become impossible to ignore. We work with ambitious founders, businesses, and organisations that understand visibility doesn't happen by accident. Every campaign, story, and strategy we create is designed to drive meaningful awareness, engagement, and growth. Our work sits at the intersection of reputation, creativity, and business results.

Bond & Vale is intentionally small, ambitious, and highly collaborative. You'll work directly with our CEO and alongside our PR, content, and digital specialists to help shape client relationships and agency growth. We don't believe in unnecessary layers of management, endless meetings, or rigid sales scripts. You'll have autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to approach opportunities in your own way. If you spot an opportunity, pursue it. If you discover a better way to do something, suggest it. If a client needs an unexpected solution, help us find it. We trust smart people to make good decisions.

Your primary focus will be helping Bond & Vale grow by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across the US and international markets. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities where Bond & Vale can create value
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
  • Managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Collaborating with our PR, content, and digital teams to create compelling client solutions
  • Tracking activities, opportunities, and outcomes within our CRM
  • Sharing market insights, client feedback, and ideas that help improve our services

Our goal isn't simply to sell services. It's to build relationships and become trusted partners for the brands we work with.

This is an on-site role based in Dubai. Because many of our clients operate in North America, working hours are: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Dubai time).

This role is based in Dubai, UAE. For successful international candidates, we'll provide UAE employment visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and guidance throughout the relocation process. Many of our team members have relocated internationally, and we're happy to share practical advice and support to help make the transition as smooth as possible. As with any international move, candidates should be financially prepared for the relocation process and have sufficient savings to comfortably cover at least three months of living expenses while they settle into life in Dubai. If relocating is new to you, don't worry — we'll be happy to answer questions and help you understand what to expect before making a decision.

We don't expect candidates to tick every box. If you're reading this and thinking, "That sounds like me," we'd love to see your application.

Treat this application as the beginning of a conversation. Along with your application, we'd like you to write a short story (100–200 words) about a time you:

  • Won a client
  • Solved a difficult customer problem
  • Created an opportunity where others didn't see one
  • Delivered a result you're genuinely proud of

We're less interested in polished corporate language and more interested in understanding how you think. Be yourself. We're hiring people, not resumes.

If your application stands out, we'll reach out to you for a conversation. We're looking forward to learning more about you. Good luck — we hope to meet you soon.

We're looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, or another relationship-focused role. Experience selling agency, marketing, PR, branding, creative, or professional services is a bonus. More important than a specific number of years is evidence that you've:

  • Built trust with clients or customers
  • Solved problems effectively
  • Consistently delivered results
  • Managed conversations confidently
  • Taken ownership of your work

You'll likely be familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and modern sales and prospecting tools. If not, you should be comfortable learning new systems quickly.

Compensation & Benefits: We believe great people deserve great opportunities. This role includes:

  • AED 6,000–12,000 monthly base salary, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission
  • OTE: AED 25,000+ monthly
  • UAE employment visa
  • Medical insurance
  • Direct access to leadership
  • Significant autonomy and ownership
  • Exposure to international markets and clients
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a fast-growing agency

We're focused on finding the right people, not fitting candidates into rigid boxes.
