We are delighted to be in the position to recruit for a Professional Negligence Solicitor to join our thriving Professional Negligence team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide, and getting the best results for their clients. You will be dealing with a range of long established and new cases including multi-million-pound claims in a wide range of disciplines including solicitors negligence, construction negligence, surveyors negligence, and accountants.

You will be joining a successful and established department supported by marketing and new business teams. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of a niche department within the highly successful Anexo Group Plc and its subsidiary, Been Let Down. If you have got drive, determination, and ambition and are looking for a stimulating career then we would love to hear from you.

About You:

  • Grade A or B able to handle their own case load and to support the Head of the department on bigger cases
  • Ability to work as part of a team on groups of work
  • Background in Professional Negligence or General Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution including pre-issues and litigation experience
  • Familiar with Civil Procedure Rules
  • Must be familiar with Proclaim or other case management systems
  • IT literate
  • Comfortable running own files with supervision
  • Able to work to achieve time recording and fee recovery targets
