AsSenior PR Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, protecting and enhancing the reputation of Bond Turner and the wider Anexo Group brands, across national, regional, legal, business and consumer media. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing, senior leadership team and external PR agency, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive communications and reputation strategy that positions Bond Turner as a leading voice in legal services, claimant litigation and access to justice, while also supporting the growth, visibility and reputation of CAMS, DAMS, EDGE and McAMS.
Initially, the primary focus will be on Bond Turner and CAMS, establishing strong PR foundations, media visibility and thought leadership programmes. As the role develops, responsibility will expand to include the strategic development and delivery of PR activity across all Anexo Group brands.

We are looking for an experienced PR professional who can build capability from the ground up, identify opportunities others miss, generate compelling stories from within the business, establish strong journalist relationships and create a proactive media programme that consistently raises Bond Turner’s profile.
You will own the relationship with our PR agency, ensuring performance, accountability and measurable outcomes, whilst simultaneously developing our own internal PR capability, media network and thought leadership programme.
The role will also work closely with digital, content and social media teams to ensure a fully integrated approach to reputation management, employee advocacy, campaigns and brand building.
This role has responsibility for leading PR activity across Bond Turner and all Anexo Group brands, including CAMS, DAMS, EDGE and McAMS. While the initial focus will be on Bond Turner and CAMS, the successful candidate will develop scalable PR strategies and communications programmes that support the reputation, growth and commercial objectives of all Group businesses over time. Responsibilities include
- Negotiating costs on a wide range of files, ensuring the best possible settlement for clients
- Preparing and reviewing costs documentation, including Points of Dispute and Replies
- Assessing the reasonableness and recoverability of costs in line with CPR and case law
- Providing dedicated costs support to colleagues across the department and wider business
- Working closely with the team and Department Manager to ensure negotiation targets are achieved
- Managing your own caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and service expectations are met Maintaining awareness of claim lifecycles and adapting negotiation strategy accordingly
- Contributing to departmental processes and best practices
- Demonstrating initiative, strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding legal processes, costs principles and internal case management systems
- Being proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable within a fast‑paced environment
About You
- Experience as a Costs Negotiator or in a similar costs‑focused role (minimum 2 years desirable)
- Strong understanding of the CPR, costs rules, case law and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Proclaim or similar case management systems (desirable)
- Tenacity, professionalism and the ability to build constructive working relationships
