Bond Turner is entering a significant period of growth and brand evolution. While recognised by many for its heritage in credit hire, the firm’s expertise extends far beyond this, spanning personal injury, medical negligence, professional negligence, serious injury, group litigation and high-profile national cases.
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will build and lead a modern digital marketing function that strengthens Bond Turner’s reputation, increases digital visibility and delivers measurable business growth. Whilst the primary focus of the role will initially be Bond Turner, the successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the long-term digital development of other brands within the Anexo Group, including CAMS, DAMS, McAMS and EDGE.
This role requires a strategic digital leader with strong experience within legal services, professional services or another highly regulated sector. You will combine deep expertise across SEO, content, website optimisation, analytics, paid media and emerging AI-driven search with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build digital capability across the business.
You will play a central role in helping reposition Bond Turner as a leading national law firm whilst creating a scalable digital framework that can support future group-wide growth.
This role has significant growth potential. Whilst the immediate priority is transforming Bond Turner’s digital presence and supporting its ambitious growth plans, the successful candidate will be expected to think beyond a single brand. As the role develops, there will be increasing responsibility for building digital strategies and performance across the wider Anexo Group portfolio, including CAMS, DAMS, McAMS and EDGE. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a broader group-level position, supporting digital strategy, governance and performance across the wider Anexo portfolio. We are therefore looking for a commercially minded digital leader who is motivated by the opportunity to build, scale and influence digital marketing at both firm and group level.
