We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our RTA department in our Liverpool office. As a Legal Secretary within the RTA team, you will work as part of a shared secretarial pool, supporting multiple fee earners with high-quality audio typing, document preparation, and the organisation of case bundles. Working within a pool of Legal Secretaries supporting several fee earners Audio typing, digital dictation and preparing legal documents and correspondence Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or audio typist within a legal environment Strong typing and audio transcription skills Experience with digital dictation and Proclaim is desirable (training provided if needed) Our purpose is to help people move on in their lives through supporting our clients, our communities and each other.
