We are currently recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Team Leader who will be based in Liverpool. We are looking for someone to oversee a team handling a caseload of pre and post litigated housing disrepair matters, ensuring that a high level of quality service is provided at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Progressing your caseload to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
