We are seeking an experienced Fast Track / Intermediate Track Fee Earner / Solicitor to join our serious Injury Team in Liverpool. This role is ideally suited to an experienced fee earner or qualified solicitor with a strong background in litigated RTA claims, including fast track and experience of the new intermediate track regime. You will manage a litigated caseload of complex injury matters (predominantly motorbike or cycling‑related RTA claims), handling files from pre‑issue through to settlement. Working within a specialist team, you will also support and mentor junior colleagues. About You

  • Proven experience handling litigated fast track RTA claims, including complex and higher‑value matters
  • Familiarity with the MOJ Portal and post‑issue litigation procedures
  • Experience or working knowledge of the Intermediate Track
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Proclaim (or similar case management systems)
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Credit hire experience advantageous but not essential
