We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our Liverpool office. This role is within the court department and involves reviewing and drafting CPR part 7 court proceedings for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting CPR part 7 court proceedings.
  • Creating or updating records with new files and information.
  • Speaking with clients and third parties over the telephone.
  • Dealing with all requests to access files and keeping logs of incoming and outgoing files.
  • Following policies and confidentiality directives to safeguard data and information.
