We’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join our DCP Court Team in our Liverpool office. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting clients through the court process. In this role, you’ll be part of our Court Department and will take responsibility for issuing claims through the new Damages Claims Portal (DCP). Key Responsibilities- Issuing claims via the Damages Claims Portal
- Accurately inputting all required information into the DCP
- Ensuring all court processes and procedures are followed correctly
- Completing tasks in line with DCP requirements
- Working collaboratively as part of the Court Team
- Educated to a good standard (graduate preferred)
- Confident using MS Office and general office systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional and respectful of confidentiality
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to type and carry out accurate data entry
- A strong team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn, develop and work hard
