Complex Technical Credit Hire Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional to Team Leader to join our Pre-Litigation Complex Technical Credit Hire team our in Liverpool City Centre office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering results, excels in client service, and enjoys managing challenging, high-value work.
We welcome applications from individuals with either claimant or defendant experience, including Fee Earners and Paralegals with a strong track record in handling credit hire claims. Proven experience in managing cases involving fraud or fundamental dishonesty is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of RTA claims using a streamlined, automated workflow to secure optimal outcomes for clients and the firm.
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex pre-litigated cases, including special damages and cases requiring multiple medical reports.
- Accurately assess and quantify special damages, including loss of earnings.
- Evaluate basic hire rate evidence with precision.
- Champion a culture of accurate, consistent, and comprehensive data recording and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and commercial/tactical strategies.
- Support the refinement of automated workflows to reduce costs and case durations.
- Consistently meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in fraud or counter-fraud case handling is highly advantageous.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
- Clear, confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and credit hire case law.
- Dedicated to excellence in service delivery.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
