We are delighted to be expanding our thriving Complex Injury Team and are looking to recruit additional File Handlers, including Qualified Solicitors, to join us in our Liverpool office 🏢.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims 📂
• Handle claims from inception through to settlement, both pre-litigation and post-issue ✍️
• Progress files in a proactive and efficient manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients 🕊️
• Draft legal documents, witness statements, and schedules of loss 📑
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and settlement meetings as required ⚖️
• Liaise effectively with clients, medical experts, barristers, and third parties 📞
• Support and mentor junior team members as appropriate 👩 🏫
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations ✅
About You:
• Experience handling complex personal injury claims, including litigated cases ⚖️
• Alternatively, experience with fast-track claims and the ambition to progress to more complex work 📈
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 💬
• A client-focused approach with strong attention to detail 🔎
