An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Claims RTA Litigation Executive to join our Bolton-based team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering results, providing exceptional client service, and handling complex, high-quality work. We welcome applications from candidates with either claimant or defendant experience, including Fee Earners or Paralegals with a proven track record in managing a caseload of fast and multi-track complex RTA litigated claims. Experience dealing with allegations of fraud or fundamental dishonesty is essential. If you’re driven, ambitious and ready to take on a stimulating new challenge—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all stages of RTA claims using an automated, streamlined workflow to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the firm.
- Handle a varied caseload of predominantly Fast Track and Multi Track claims—from special damages cases to those requiring multiple medical reports.
- Progress files through to trial when required, including advising on liability and quantum, and preparing for CMCs, CCMCs, interlocutory hearings, and trials.
- Accurately quantify special damages, including loss of earnings.
- Review and assess basic hire rate evidence.
- Promote a culture of clear, consistent, and comprehensive data recording and provision.
- Contribute to continuous operational improvements, both in processes and commercial/tactical approaches.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of an automated case workflow aimed at reducing costs and case durations.
- Meet performance expectations and KPIs for the role.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in line with firm policies.
- Experience in fraud/counter-fraud handling is essential, to include low velocity impact claims, allegations of fundamental dishonesty and allegations in the Tort of Deceit.
- Strong focus on meeting targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Confident, clear communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and credit hire case law.
- Committed to providing excellent client service.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
