The role focuses on managing pre-litigation personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and non-OIC/MOJ bodily injury cases.

- Proven experience handling personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and bodily injury cases outside the OIC/MOJ process.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with confidence.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Progress and manage a caseload of personal injury, credit hire, and taxi vehicle claims through the pre-litigation process.
- Provide accurate and practical legal advice and keep clients informed throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Review medical evidence, liability documentation, and credit hire invoices to formulate case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives to secure fair compensation.
- Maintain accurate records on the case management system adhering to internal procedures and KPIs.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
