We’re recruiting an experienced

Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Court team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and achieving strong results.

In this role, you’ll manage a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims, reviewing and progressing files to assess settlement prospects or readiness for issue.

You’ll advise on the merits of personal injury and credit hire matters, provide clear updates to clients and work towards set targets.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, and while credit hire experience is desirable, it isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress a varied caseload of injury and non-injury claims
  • Review files to determine settlement prospects or readiness for issue
  • Advise on the merits of personal injury and credit hire claims
  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients
  • Work to targets and deadlines, ensuring cases progress efficiently
  • Apply CPR knowledge to ensure correct case handling
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each file
