Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of Bond Solon’s training events, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the administration of training events and courses.
- Maintaining and developing professional relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams.
- Liaising with clients to confirm the details of in-house training sessions.
- Coordinating with trainers to ensure they have the necessary documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details.
- Working with internal venue teams to confirm delegate numbers, room arrangements, and other requirements.
- Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary.
- Liaising with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with company qualifications.
- Ordering course materials and ensuring their timely delivery.
- Managing queries from clients and internal teams.
- Handling feedback forms and links.
- Providing cover for other staff members when required.
