Our client is a very well respected Chartered FinancialPlanning firm in Alderley Edge, they are currently recruiting a SeniorParaplanner to provide high quality technical support to the Financial Plannerbefore, during and after Annual Planning Meetings and maintain the clientrelationship in the interim periods.
- Management of client relationship between meetings
- Ensure company processes adhered to. Challenge financialplanner if required.
- All FP aspects of Voyant client records up to date, wellannotated and understood
- Curo kept up to date with any changes that affect theclient’s financial plan.
- Responsible for the accuracy of any client-facing systems
- All meeting prep (including agenda)
- Attend client meetings
- Management of client relationship/issues inbetween meetings
- Ensure clients’ Financial Plans always ‘makesense’
Knowledge & experience
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and independence inprevious roles
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise workeffectively
- First class technical expertise in a range of differentareas of advice.
- Superb technical knowledge of Financial Services products
- Have experience of using the Voyant Financial Planningsoftware
- Knowledge of financial planning as distinct from financialadvice
Skills Ability
- To read, digest and assimilate information.
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Highly organised, methodical, analytical and disciplined
- Solutions, not problems orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspireconfidence
- Cashflow modelling experience (Voyant preferable)
- Systems Experience – Curo, FE Analytics, O&M PensionProfiler, Genovo, Exchange/Assureweb, Defaqto Excellent IT skills, particularlyExcel, Word and Powerpoint.
