Bond Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Upton Park (E13) to recruit a Male Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 role with a Year 4 pupil with Autism.

The position is full-time, long-term, running Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm, starting September 2026.

The role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support in the classroom, promoting engagement and building confidence, with ongoing collaboration with the teacher and SENCO to tailor support and ensure progression.
