They have an exciting employed opportunity for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join their successful practice on an employed contract.Our client's prestigious office is located in Nelson and the opportunity benefits from the support of a well-established client base, plus a basic salary of up to £75,000 and competitive bonus structure.

You will have exceptional relationship management skills and you will be a technically strong Diploma/Chartered qualified Adviser.

Bonus details- 30% of any initial advice fees generated in the previous quarter are paid as a bonus (Jan, Apr, July, Oct). Basic salary is reviewed each year is to pass through 30% of any net increases in ongoing advice fees to the adviser as an increase in basic salary where the increase has come from: 1. New client wins. 2. New monies added for existing clients (only counted if the new monies added represent >25% of the client’s existing AUA). 45p per business mile.
