Bond Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser on behalf of a very well respected and established independent mortgage brokers in Devon. The successful candidate will be joining an already established team of mortgage advisers to provide a positive experience for their clients, with qualified leads and referrals for mortgage enquiries provided.
Our client is looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

Role requirements:
- CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience within mortgage and protection services
- Competent across all aspects of mortgage advice and submission of written business
- Excellent communicator and ability to build strong customer relationships
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Liaising professionally with customers regarding their finances and mortgage goals, researching mortgage and protection products and outlining key features and benefits, gaining customers' commitments to proceed and writing healthy mortgage income levels, new business development and promoting the brand, operating in an organised and compliant manner at all times, and ensuring high levels of communication and customer service.
