Our client, a very well established and respected firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Devon are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to work closely and to support the Director. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be a good listener and have a good sense of humour.
Working in the office initially, the successful candidate will have the ability for more of a hybrid approach when self-sufficient. Financial services industry knowledge is required; the role will include:
- Working closely with the Director
- Report template updates
- Updating advice file check sheets
- Checking files for completeness
- Adding fees and policies onto IO, therefore Intelligent Office experience would be beneficial
- Gathering data for policies for example platform due diligence
- Willing to step in to help office manager/servicing manager in their absence
- Willing to carry out more high-level work, but also happy to carry out administrative tasks
