We are seeking an experienced Senior Setting Out Engineer to join a major infrastructure project at RAF Lakenheath. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile scheme with a well-established contractor. The successful candidate must be exceptionally diligent, highly accurate, and capable of delivering setting out works to the highest standards.
Scope of Works:
- Setting out for roads and infrastructure packages
- Deep drainage works
- Extensive ducting installations
- As-built surveys and quality assurance checks
- Ensuring all setting out is completed accurately and in line with project specifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Setting Out Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roads, drainage, and utilities/ducting works
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage setting out requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Equipment:
- Total Station and GPS equipment can be provided if required
Security Requirements:
Due to the nature of the project, a British Passport holder is required.
