This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee operations on-site, ensuring smooth and safe project delivery. The position will start on 24th March 2025 and is expected to last for 10 months. You will be responsible for supervising gangs on-site, interfacing with the client, and conducting risk assessments. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the daily activities of multiple gangs on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. * Interface directly with the client, providing updates and ensuring all expectations are met. * Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures on-site. * Monitor and track progress against project timelines and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. * Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Act as the main point of contact for any on-site issues or concerns, resolving them promptly. * Maintain excellent communication between all stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
