Key Responsibilities: * Oversee engineering aspects of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met. * Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. * Assist in the preparation of site plans, drawings, and reports. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites. * Collaborate with the project team to resolve any engineering challenges or issues. * Support senior engineers and management with technical expertise and advice. Requirements: * Previous experience in an engineering role, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Must be able to commute to Southampton and manage daily site visits. * Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
