Are you an ambitious Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, positive and supportive construction business? We are recruiting for a forward-thinking contractor delivering civils, groundworks and enabling works primarily across London, with projects nationwide.

This is a great opportunity to grow your surveying career in a varied role with exposure to both commercial surveying and estimating, working closely with site teams and senior management.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with quantity take-offs, measurement and preparation of cost plans
  • Support commercial team with valuations, variation pricing and cost reporting
  • Work closely with project managers and site teams to deliver accurate, compliant commercial outputs
  • Assist with estimating duties, tender submission preparation and pricing support
  • Maintain contract records, procurement information and subcontract agreements
  • Travel to sites as required (majority London / Southeast, some nationwide)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with some commercial experience (construction or civils)
  • Comfortable with measurement, pricing and commercial admin tasks
  • Ability to assist with estimating when required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with digital tools (MS Excel / Word, measurement software, cost platforms)
  • CSCS / construction site awareness advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to sites (primarily London / Southeast, some UK travel)
