Bond Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer for a long-term freelance opportunity across London. The works are expected to run for at least 12 months, with the successful Engineer working across a variety of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for an Engineer looking for consistent, long-term work with a strong pipeline of projects.
Typical duties will include:
- Setting out for civils, drainage, pipework and infrastructure works
- Producing and maintaining site records
- QA documentation and as-built surveys
- Checking drawings and resolving technical issues
- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in accordance with specifications
- Supporting the site team with engineering and technical requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer
- Strong setting-out experience
- Civils and/or water project experience preferred
- Competent using GPS/Total Station equipment
- CSCS
- Own engineering equipment would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence due to projects being located across London
