We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new coach car park as part of a wider development. Following completion of the civils package, the role will progress into the delivery of new padel tennis courts. This is a hands-on site management role requiring strong civil engineering and groundworks experience, with full responsibility for site delivery, safety and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
- Delivering civils works including earthworks, drainage, surfacing and external works
- Managing temporary works in line with project requirements
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials
- Maintaining site records, RAMS and progress reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils / infrastructure projects
- Strong background in groundworks, drainage and external works
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) ticket – essential
- SMSTS and CSCS
- Ability to manage works from civils through to finishing packages
- Strong leadership and communication skills
