Are you an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, positive and supportive construction business? We are recruiting for a forward-thinking contractor delivering civils, groundworks and enabling works primarily across London, with projects nationwide. This is a great opportunity for a quantity surveyor to grow your surveying career in a varied role with exposure to both commercial surveying and estimating, working closely with site teams and senior management.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with quantity take-offs, measurement and preparation of cost plans
- Support commercial team with valuations, variation pricing and cost reporting
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to deliver accurate, compliant commercial outputs
- Assist with estimating duties, tender submission preparation and pricing support
- Maintain contract records, procurement information and subcontract agreements
- Travel to sites as required (majority London / Southeast, some nationwide)
Who We’re Looking For
- Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with some commercial experience (construction or civils)
- Comfortable with measurement, pricing and commercial admin tasks
- Ability to assist with estimating when required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with digital tools (MS Excel / Word, measurement software, cost platforms)
- CSCS / construction site awareness advantageous
- Willingness to travel to sites (primarily London / Southeast, some UK travel)
