Overview

Senior / checking Engineer required for a steel frame project in Newport. Works will run until December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve temporary and permanent works designs
• Carry out independent design checks for steel frame and associated works
• Manage the temporary works process and implementation on site
• Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors
• Liaise with designers and attend technical coordination meetings
• Ensure site works comply with approved designs and standards

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Engineer on large industrial steel frame projects
