A well-established, high-energy recruitment business with offices in both London and Austin, Texas is looking for an Operations Executive to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a business that genuinely believes in collaboration, ambition and are grounded in the belief that its people are everything.

As Operations Executive, you'll sit at the core of the business, ensuring both the London and Austin offices run smoothly day to day. You'll lead on technical onboarding and offboarding, manage IT requirements, oversee office supplies, handle travel arrangements, and own Health & Safety across both locations.

On the commercial side, you'll produce weekly sales reports and end-of-month company-wide presentations, support the Global Compliance Manager with day-to-day compliance tasks, and manage the sending and record-keeping of contractor and client contracts. It's a genuinely varied remit where your organisational ability, proactive mindset, and love of people will all be put to good use.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to come from a recruitment background and have prior experience in an operations, office management, or executive support capacity. Strong communication skills, confidence with IT systems, and a hands-on approach are all essential.
