A leading Global Investment Manager’s Campus Recruitment team is looking for an associate level recruiter to help drive the early careers recruitment strategy, build and strengthen relationships with internal clients and candidates and serve as a talent scout for the firm.

The Campus Recruitment team is a fast moving, rapidly evolving team that works to position the organisation as one of the leading employer brands in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and around the world. The team's objective is to source and deliver exceptional entry-level talent to the firm across a broad spectrum of roles including Corporate Functions, Investments, Technology etc. This is accomplished through virtual engagement; marketing campaigns; utilising technology to connect with candidates; and developing candidate screening and selection methods to cast a wide net for talent and hire the most suitable talent, while ensuring a great candidate experience.

This recruiter will be part of a small and close-knit global team. The recruiter will work closely with senior leaders in the business, HR business partners, and campus recruiting colleagues in London and around the world. The recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process for a portfolio of businesses. The recruiter will also contribute to the planning and delivery of events and the summer internship programme.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple business areas.
  • Understanding the needs of the business to design and execute a recruiting process to attract and assess a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Building relationships with key business stakeholders, the global campus team and other HR colleagues.
  • Design and execution of in-house events and programs (including the Summer Internship).
  • Ownership of data management and reporting for relevant business areas.

The successful candidate will be creative, flexible, solutions oriented, a great team-player with the ability to drive projects to completion and build relationships. The role will be based at European headquarters in London.

Skills:

  • A demonstrable passion for campus recruiting is required.
  • A good understanding of the student talent market in the UK, and across the EMEA region.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision making in role and leverage feedback.

Job Type: Full-time contract

Pay: £350.00-£400.00 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
