About the role: We are looking for an Internal Talent Manager to take full ownership of hiring across Bond globally including the UK, USA and Europe. This is a 12 Month FTC. This is a hands-on role. You will be actively sourcing talent, building pipelines and running recruitment processes end to end. Alongside this, you will partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team to plan future hiring needs and ensure we continue to hire exceptional talent! You will play a critical role in protecting and scaling Bond’s culture by leading culture interviews and ensuring every hire aligns with our values and mantras.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning all internal hiring across Bond in the UK, USA and Europe
- Delivering end to end recruitment hands on from role scoping through to offer
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building long term talent pools for current and future roles
- Leading culture interviews and acting as an expert of Bond’s values and mantras
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and SLT to define role requirements and success profiles
- Using data to review and improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Tracking and analysing hiring metrics to identify opportunities for positive change
- Playing back clear recruitment data and insights to SLT
- Ensuring consistent and high quality assessment and interview practices
- Managing candidate communication and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Staying close to market trends and talent landscapes to inform hiring decisions
- Continuously improving how we attract, engage and hire talent as Bond scales
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience delivering hands on end to end recruitment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability with the ability to build talent pools from scratch
- Experience in house RPO or agency recruitment environments
- Confident running interviews including values and culture based assessments
- Comfortable hiring across multiple geographies
- Data driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions focused
- High standards and a genuine passion for building great teams
